Guests at the Mediterranean Beach Hotel can choose from four different types of accommodation. The hotel has 291 rooms and suites, including 54 inter-connecting rooms with either mountain, garden, sea and pool view.

Room Types:

Regular Rooms: These comfortable and pleasantly decorated rooms are available with 4 different views of the hotel and its surroundings. Rooms on the north side offer inland views of trees, hills and the mountains beyond. The south-facing rooms overlook the hotel gardens, the pool and the sea or just the sea. Each room opens onto a balcony or terrace.

Superior Rooms: These rooms are bigger than the regular rooms and have 2 large single beds or one double bed and a sitting area. Each has its own private balcony overlooking the pool and sea and free in-room coffee and tea making facilities.

Luxury Studio: These generously proportioned rooms are luxuriously furnished and offer a spacious sitting area and bathroom complete with bathrobes and slippers. Guests can watch the 28" television from the comfort of a king-sized bed and enjoy complementary tea or coffee making facilities. Each Luxury Studio can accommodate up to 3 people and opens onto a large balcony or private patio overlooking the pool and the sea. Indulge yourself in a truly luxurious atmosphere!

Deluxe Suites: Fit for a special occasion or an ideal solution for the business traveler each of the three deluxe suites offers a spacious, tastefully decorated lounge with a comfortable seating area and its own specially furnished balcony or terrace. For your comfort and convenience, each of these suites has a large mini-bar, coffee and tea making facilities, a table with six chairs and guest WC in addition to a lavish bedroom featuring a second TV and a luxuriously appointed bathroom complete with terry robes and slippers.

Hermes Suite: Original artwork, leather-covered chairs and a polished wood writing desk give this suite's spacious lounge the feeling of an exclusive gentleman's club. Original Cypriot antiquities grace the well-lit bookshelf adding to the prestigious atmosphere. The lavishly furnished bedroom features a king-sized bed and a separate vanity area leading through to a large, luxuriously appointed bathroom. A second en suite bedroom is available for children or other additional guests via a connecting door to the lounge area.

Ariadne Suite: The Ariadne is a home away from home. A round table for 4 can extend to accommodate 6 for a dinner "in" or a business meeting. Relax in the comfortable wingback chair and enjoy the view of the gardens, pool and sea beyond or the colourful original paintings that hang on the walls. In the bedroom there are two inviting queen size beds covered in gold, coral and olive green spreads. A large mirrored wardrobe flanks the elegant, granite-floored bathroom. A second en suite bedroom is available for children or other additional guests via a connecting door to the lounge area.

Arcadia Suite: This light and airy suite is furnished in fashionable limed wood and pastel plaid fabrics that complement the blues and silvery green of the eucalyptus trees that can be seen though its two large windows. Stand on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view of the curving breakwater beyond the pool and gardens. The seating area in the lounge includes a couch that folds out into a second double bed. The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and its own seating area off the balcony. The light and relaxed atmosphere of this cheerfully elegant suite makes it the perfect place for a honeymoon, dream vacation or less formal meetings.

Animation

A multi-lingual team provides a varied programme of activities for both adults and children. The adult program includes fitness classes, organized games of football, water polo, French bowls and more. The children have something different to do every day from crafts, to scavenger hunts to mini Olympics.

Children's Facilities

The "Mini Club" at the Mediterranean Beach Hotel is a supervised club for children 4-12 years old. With a good selection of play equipment, a kid's paddling pool and a full programme of activities tailored to the interests of different age groups, you can rest assured that your children are having as much fun as you are. The fully qualified staff is also available for babysitting given 24 hours notice.

"The Mini Club" is open from April through October and also during Christmas/New Year and Easter time.

Restaurants

Archipelago Restaurant: The hotel's signature restaurant offers the finest in International and Cypriot Cuisine. A choice of a la carte, table d'Hote and different themed buffets is offered every evening, accompanied by music for dancing or just relaxing.

Archipelago Terrace Restaurant: During the warmer months, June through October, this open-air restaurant with a spectacular view of the pool, sea and gardens offers fine international and Cypriot cuisine and themed buffets in elegant yet relaxed surroundings. A live band plays nightly, and there is a weekly programme of Cypriot songs and folk dances for your enjoyment.

Sirocco Restaurant: Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool and the Mediterranean Sea - an idyllic way to start the day! The Sirocco restaurant offers casual dining with a superb breakfast buffet throughout the year and a table d'Hote lunch and snacks during the winter.

Marine Tavern: Shaded by brightly colored bougainvillea, overlooking the beach, the traditional Marine Tavern offers an a la carte menu or buffet lunch during the summer season, from June through October. Featuring mouth-watering traditional Cyprus specialties and appetizers as well as Italian and  vegetarian selections.

Bars

Lagoon Pool Bar: Walk or swim up to this "wet bar" and enjoy refreshing cool drinks, ice creams and snacks all year round - weather permitting, which it usually is!

Corinthian Bar: Meet your friends for a drink in this cozy atmosphere open from 6:00pm until late. "Happy Hour", with drinks offered at half price, is from 6:30 to 7:30 daily. You can sit under the yellow umbrellas and watch the sunset or enjoy an after dinner drink with soft lights and live music. This bar is a must for those moments that make a holiday something special.

Santorini Cocktail Lounge: Situated in the spacious entrance lobby with its spectacular view of the gardens and the sea, this bar serves all types of beverages as well as delectable freshly backed gateaux, ice cream and light snacks. The sumptuous lounge area is the perfect place to sit, chat and absorb the friendly, lively atmosphere.

Kafenion "H Mesogeios": A step away from the cosmopolitan sophistication of the swimming pool and you are in another world. This traditionally styled Cyprus coffee shop, with its overhanging bougainvillea, authentic wicker and wood village chairs, wrought iron, "Lefkara" blue walls (said to repel flies and mosquitoes!) captures the timeless quality of old Cyprus.

Enjoy a Cyprus coffee and loukoumades, a kind of honey donut, prepared at your table for a sweet treat, a shot of Ouzo with the traditional accompaniments of olives, cheese and salted meat, or one of the many other unusual and tasty delicacies.
